About the Role

• Manage layout, framing, and drywall installation on large industrial projects at the Charleston Naval Submarine Base. • Supervise a crew of framers and drywall installers to meet project scope, schedule, and safety standards. • Utilize appropriate equipment and enforce required safety practices in line with RQ’s values.

What You Bring

Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED as the preferred minimum, with college or trade school courses in construction management preferred. Candidates need at least two years of experience in a Framing/Drywall Foreman position and five or more years of field trade work in construction, preferably drywall, with government, military, or large commercial experience also preferred. Additional qualifications include computer literacy, CPR and First Aid certification, OSHA 30‑hour and EM‑385 certifications (preferred), and Spanish‑English bilingual skills (desirable). All candidates considered for hire must successfully pass a drug screening and a commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, to gain access to the job site at the military base. • Require high school diploma/GED; college or trade courses in construction management preferred. • Minimum 2 years experience as a Framing/Drywall Foreman and 5 years field trade work, preferably in drywall. • Preferred experience in government, military, or large commercial construction. • Must hold CPR and First Aid certification; OSHA 30‑hour and EM‑385 certifications are preferred. • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook required; Spanish‑English bilingual skills desirable. • Candidates must provide proof of identity, U.S. work authorization, and pass drug screening and DoD background checks.
