About the Role
The specialist will lead the technical specification of airport equipment, develop equipment layouts and utility requirements, and ensure seamless integration with terminal architecture and apron operations. Compliance with ICAO, IATA, and airport authority standards will be maintained, and vendor proposals and technical submittals will be reviewed to support procurement. Technical support will be provided throughout installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover, while collaborating with operations, IT, electrical, and maintenance teams. • Lead planning, design, and technical specification of PBBs, GPUs, PCA, and VDGS for aircraft stands. • Develop equipment layouts, utility requirements, and capacities integrated with terminal and apron operations. • Ensure compliance with ICAO, IATA, and airport authority safety and operational standards. • Review vendor proposals, technical submittals, and interface drawings; provide input for procurement. • Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and resolve site issues. • Collaborate with operations, IT, electrical, and maintenance teams for seamless system integration and lifecycle performance.

What You Bring
We are seeking an Airport Systems Specialist with 14–16 years of aviation experience and a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. The role focuses on planning, designing, and implementing advanced airport systems such as Passenger Boarding Bridges, Ground Power Units, Pre‑Conditioned Air, and Visual Docking Guidance Systems. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field and possess 14–16 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. Strong knowledge of PBBs, GPUs, PCA systems, and VDGS, along with proficiency in system design tools, CAD, and simulation software, is required. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical ability, and innovative problem‑solving skills are essential for successful system integration and operational efficiency. • Hold a Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 14–16 years of aviation sector experience. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of airport systems (PBBs, GPUs, PCA, VDGS) and proficiency with CAD and simulation tools. • Possess excellent communication, analytical, and innovative problem‑solving skills.
