About the Role
The role is a Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance of machines and equipment, TPM of facilities equipment, and ad‑hoc production machine maintenance, supporting the Facilities Department with planning, expense tracking, documentation and administrative tasks. • Assist in scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance tasks across equipment and facilities. • Monitor and report on Statement of Expense (SOE) spending, coordinating with finance for expense reconciliation. • Verify completion of maintenance work orders and ensure compliance with technical standards and documentation. • Request and manage quotations from approved vendors, overseeing service scheduling and quality. • Initiate purchase requisitions, order approvals and payment processing via the Ariba platform. • Receive, issue and document maintenance purchases and materials, updating inventory levels. • Maintain organized records of store inventory, tools and consumables, supporting safety and housekeeping standards. • Prepare reports, logs and provide clerical support for audits, inspections and departmental communications.

What You Bring
• Diploma or trade certificate in Electrical, Mechatronic or Engineering Technology. • Proficiency in MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and inventory management software. • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing and facilities maintenance. • Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to work overtime.
