About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple sites, assessing customers' storage needs, recommending supplies, conducting unit inspections, and handling cash management and payment collections. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections. • Lift and move items up to 35 lb; spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Perform cleaning, sweeping/mopping interior areas, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal.

What You Bring
The role requires physical activity such as lifting up to 35 lb, walking outdoors for a significant portion of the shift, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, their own vehicle, and prior experience in a customer‑service sales environment. • Prior experience in customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food.
