About the Role
Lead planning and execution of aggregate production and operational projects from concept to completion. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure milestones, safety standards, and quality expectations are met. Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes. Identify and mitigate risks while promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline, project management, or equivalent experience. Background in aggregates operations management with proven project management capability. Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and relevant regulatory requirements. Demonstrated leadership overseeing multiple and diverse teams. Entrepreneurial mindset to identify and advance business opportunities. The role works in both office and field settings, including active aggregate production sites, and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and moving equipment. Travel to project sites may be required. Physical demands include walking on uneven ground, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 lb, and wearing required PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, high‑visibility clothing, gloves, and steel‑toed footwear. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field. • Possess aggregates operations management experience and knowledge of geology and mining regulations. • Demonstrate leadership of diverse teams and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Line of Business: Aggregates. Pay range: $95,540.00 – $127,379.99. Base salary of $105‑$110 k with participation in an annual incentive plan. 401(k) retirement savings plan with automatic company contributions and matching.
