About the Role
The Service Technician I supports basic customer and warranty repairs, records parts and repair information, and assists with preventive maintenance inspections. The role also involves inspecting new construction equipment, installing Salesman kits, inspecting trade‑in units, diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems, and using diagnostic tools and laptops to select parts and complete repairs. • Support basic customer and warranty repairs with documentation. • Record information about parts, materials, and repair procedures. • Assist with preventive maintenance inspections and repairs. • Inspect new construction equipment from manufacturers. • Install Salesman kits on new and used construction equipment. • Inspect trade‑in units to prepare them for sale. • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, diesel, and gasoline engine systems. • Select parts needed for estimates and repairs. • Use diagnostic tools and laptops to diagnose issues.

What You Bring
