About the Role
The Senior Scheduler will develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, monitor critical paths, and resolve negative impacts. Responsibilities include leading monthly progress meetings, creating 4D/5D models, managing risk assessments, producing progress reports, and performing forensic scheduling analysis. • Develop and maintain high‑level, logic‑driven construction schedules using Primavera P6. • Monitor and resolve impacts to critical paths and produce monthly progress reports. • Lead design verification, site walks, and monthly project progress meetings with stakeholders. • Create and update 4D/5D models and qualitative/quantitative risk assessments. • Perform forensic scheduling analysis and validate estimates and cost audits. • Mentor Scheduler I and Scheduler II team members.

The role is suited to a scheduling professional who thrives in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments and has deep expertise in Primavera P6 and data‑center delivery. The position requires strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, 4D/5D modeling, forensic schedule analysis, estimate validation, cost audits, and project document control. Effective written and oral communication, mentorship of junior schedulers, and collaboration with project managers, designers, and contractors are also essential. Candidates should hold a BS in Construction Management or Engineering and have 5–7 years of experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer. Preferred certifications include PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT, or MRICS. • Require 5–7 years of scheduling or project engineering experience and a BS in Construction Management or Engineering. • Proficiency in Primavera P6, 4D/5D modeling, and forensic schedule analysis. • Preferred certifications: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT, or MRICS.

Cumming Group provides a salary range of $104,600‑$139,466 per year, based on geography, experience, and client requirements, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
