About the Role
• Process payables, receivables and timesheets with accuracy. • Manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding and invoice queues. • Generate standardized reports, uphold data integrity and ensure procedural compliance. • Coordinate employee and client onboarding, completing all required documentation. • Provide general administration support including reception, document management, travel coordination and meeting logistics.

What You Bring
• Proven experience in general administration within a large, complex organization. • Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably JDEGS) and familiarity with Hammertech and Pegasus. • Strong organisational ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines. • High attention to detail in data management and reporting. • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating self‑motivation and a commitment to continuous learning.
