About the Role
The position works Monday‑Friday with rotating Saturdays, from 6:45 am to 5:30 pm (Saturday 6:00 am‑1:00 pm) at our waste‑disposal site in Hutto, TX, providing consistent hours that support work‑life balance. Each day you’ll be assigned to one of our recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers, operating equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders. Your work is critical to our operations, and you’ll follow strict safety procedures designed to protect all employees. • Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintain accurate records. • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment. • Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.

What You Bring
The role involves physical effort, including handling objects up to 30 lb, exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes, and requires fine motor coordination for equipment operation.
