Strategic transfer pricing advisory for global tax planning and cross‑border structuring
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Develop global transfer pricing strategies and assess tax implications of new markets, product launches, reorganizations, and M&A. • Advise on post‑acquisition integration of entities, IP, and intercompany arrangements, and provide scenario modeling for cross‑border structures. • Evaluate IP migration, ownership models, DEMPE functions, and R&D structuring while monitoring OECD BEPS, Pillar Two and other regulatory changes. • Draft, design, and maintain intercompany agreements, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Accounting to ensure functional and economic alignment. • Create governance models for consistent intercompany documentation across jurisdictions. • Prepare and review legal entity and IP valuations, coordinate with external valuation firms, and conduct economic analyses for planning initiatives. • Lead or support transfer pricing audit engagements, drafting technical responses and defensible narratives for tax authority inquiries. • Coordinate with external advisers and cross‑functional teams to shape audit strategy and responses.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, Master’s, CA/CPA/CFA preferred. • 5–8 years of transfer pricing experience in a multinational tech company or Big Four environment. • Strong knowledge of U.S. transfer pricing rules, OECD Guidelines, and BEPS Action Plans. • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, project management, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Benefits
Compensation includes a competitive base salary—$101,600 to $164,340 for U.S. candidates and $101,200 to $139,150 for Canada (BC)—with potential for bonuses, stock grants and a comprehensive benefits package.
