About the Role

• Lead planning, delivery and completion of major construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, profitability and client satisfaction. • Plan and coordinate staffing levels to meet current and future workloads. • Implement and maintain quality management systems. • Monitor team performance and provide coaching or corrective actions. • Champion a strong health, safety and sustainability culture. • Manage client staff and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. • Attend external pre‑start meetings and build strong client relationships. • Oversee project setup, embedding company systems and procedures. • Track project progress, proactively addressing issues. • Administer valuation system to maximise cash flow and commercial outcomes. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the project lifecycle. • Ensure project delivery aligns with employer requirements. • Deliver design & build, new build and refurbishment projects with substantial experience. • Manage multi‑site projects valued over £30 million. • Oversee client relationships, subcontractors and the end‑to‑end build process. • Participate in a regular Save as You Earn share purchase scheme.

What You Bring

We are looking for an experienced construction professional with substantial experience delivering design & build, new build and refurbishment projects, proven management of multi‑site projects valued over £30 million, strong leadership to motivate multidisciplinary teams, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by a relevant qualification such as an HNC/ONC. • Motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams with strong leadership. • Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats. • Hold or be working towards a relevant qualification such as HNC/ONC.
