About the Role
The Foreman position, specifically a Pump and Power Foreman, leads projects involving set up and tear down of pump and power equipment, including bypass pumping, generators for special events, power distribution, HVAC, water restoration, and disaster response. • Leverage current skills while developing new ones. • Lead and motivate team members during projects. • Create and execute project plans. • Assign tasks to crew members to meet daily goals. • Communicate with customers and internal resources on behalf of Sunbelt. • Develop accurate project timelines. • Maintain tools and supplies needed for projects. • Document daily notes, labor logs, and progress reports. • Keep shop and yard clean when not on a project. • Handle deliveries, pick‑ups, and daily business duties. • Operate basic equipment such as forklifts and skid loaders.

What You Bring
• Possess basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting for pumps, generators, power distribution, HVAC, heaters, and shoring. • Have a strong mechanical background, preferably in a similar industry. • Bring construction experience. • Exhibit excellent time‑management skills. • Hold a Class A CDL (preferred). • Able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 lb regularly.
