About the Role
• Prepare salad bar items, basic foods, and portion servings. • Clean and sanitize flatware, pots, pans, and plate‑ware to Lodge standards. • Create made‑to‑order specialty sandwiches. • Efficiently produce high‑volume salads and sandwiches. • Stock food service areas, maintaining quality, appearance, and appropriate levels while minimizing waste. • Handle daily preparation, storage, rotation, and serving of sandwiches and salads to meet kitchen demand. • Prepare salads and sandwiches according to specifications in required quantities. • Assist in other kitchen tasks as needed. • Follow sanitation and safety principles for food and equipment.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will need a valid food‑safety certificate, at least one year of experience preparing salads and sandwiches, and strong interpersonal skills. They must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, multitask, and remain effective under pressure. • Hold a valid food safety certificate. • Minimum one year of experience as a sandwich or salad maker. • Demonstrate excellent people skills and the ability to work with little supervision. • Prioritize, multitask, and perform well under pressure.
