About the Role

In this client‑facing role the associate will support business leaders in selecting, configuring, implementing and sustaining EHS and sustainability management information systems. The position also involves providing independent advice on off‑the‑shelf or custom‑built third‑party technologies and market options, with training provided. Successful candidates will have strong client communication skills, a passion for sustainability and technology, and an educational background in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, IT, computer science, MIS or related fields. Key responsibilities include evaluating market EMIS solutions, assisting clients with system requirements and software selection, and executing all project life‑cycle stages. The associate will configure and integrate EMIS software, draft design documents, migrate data, develop custom reports, dashboards and automated interfaces, and deliver training to consultants and end users. Additional duties involve mapping end‑to‑end business processes, managing change adoption, serving as a subject‑matter expert for production issues, and championing innovative solutions within platforms such as Sphera, Enablon, Intelex, SAI Global EHS 360 and Cority. • Evaluate and select EMIS solutions to meet client requirements. • Implement, configure, and integrate EMIS platforms globally. • Draft system design documentation and create custom reports, dashboards, and automated interfaces. • Provide training and support to internal consultants and client system users. • Map end‑to‑end business processes and manage change adoption for new information systems. • Act as subject‑matter expert and escalation point for production issues.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in an environmental or technical discipline (e.g., environmental sciences, engineering, IT, computer science, MIS, theoretical business) and 0+ years experience with EHS&S software. A diversified IT background and knowledge of related domains such as environmental compliance, industrial hygiene, occupational health, audit management, incident management and risk assessment are advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, technical and communication abilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in an environmental, engineering, IT, or related field. • Familiarity with EHS software such as Enablon, Intelex, SAI Global, Cority or Sphera (0+ years experience). • Demonstrate strong client communication skills and passion for sustainability technology.
