About the Role

Inspectors are responsible for routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on electrical, sprinkler, or suppression life‑safety product lines as well as comparable manufacturers’ products. The role involves testing and inspecting fire alarm systems for existing and new customers, maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to safety policies, and keeping work areas clean and safe. • Inspect and test fire alarm systems for existing and new customers • Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, sprinkler, and suppression life‑safety product lines • Document work using provided tools and follow safety policies • Lift/move equipment up to 70 lb; work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, high‑lift equipment

What You Bring

The position requires lifting and moving equipment and tools up to 70 lb and working in challenging positions such as ladders, scaffolding, and high‑lift equipment. Flexibility to work alternative shifts or weekends is required to meet customer needs. Candidates must have at least one year of installation or service experience with fire alarm equipment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. They should be self‑starters with strong organizational and communication skills, able to perform physical labor, and able to obtain NICET I certification within one year. Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and smartphone use is also required. • Ability to work alternative shifts or weekends as needed • Minimum 1 year installation/service experience with fire alarm equipment • High school diploma/GED and valid driver’s license with good record • Obtain NICET I certification within one year of hire • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, smartphone)
