What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training preferred. Applicants should have three to five years of experience servicing diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment, and possess a valid driver’s license; a CDL may be required in certain markets. Successful mechanics will apply knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshoot effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
