About the Role
Key duties include gathering and synthesizing market and competitive intelligence, transforming insights into actionable growth initiatives, managing product life‑cycle and SKU rationalization, and providing financial analysis for annual quoting and line‑review processes. The manager will also deliver category education and storytelling, communicate strategy with cross‑functional teams, and ensure operational alignment with supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing to achieve timely product availability. • Execute category strategy and drive growth across product portfolios. • Lead early‑stage NPD ideation and align projects with brand direction. • Analyze market and competitive data to identify opportunities and inform product prioritization. • Conduct SKU rationalization, margin analysis, and product life‑cycle management. • Provide financial analysis for quoting and line‑review processes. • Deliver category education and storytelling to internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (sales, brand, supply chain, manufacturing) for timely product launches.

What You Bring
