About the Role

The Chef de Partie leads a kitchen section, assigning duties, maintaining cleanliness, and supervising food quality while ensuring safety, equipment upkeep, and adherence to loss‑control policies. • Organize and lead a kitchen section, assigning specific duties to cooks. • Maintain meticulous cleanliness of kitchen areas and ensure personal hygiene of staff. • Oversee food quality, including taste, temperature, visual appeal, and portion consistency per Executive Chef specifications. • Enforce safe food handling standards and monitor usage of serving utensils and equipment. • Report non‑usable products, maintain equipment parity, and prevent property loss. • Adhere to all safety, health, security, loss‑control policies, and relevant government regulations. • Monitor equipment maintenance and promptly alert the Executive Chef to any issues. • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and handle long hours as business demands require.

What You Bring
