About the Role
The Warehouse Technician’s main responsibility is to pick orders accurately using a smart‑phone device and motorized transport, contributing to the distribution center’s success by working safely, accurately, and at defined productivity standards. Additional duties may include receiving inbound shipments and auditing or packing outbound orders. • Complete daily 5S tasks (warehouse organization and cleaning). • Adhere to safety policy and meet productivity rates. • Follow defined standard work for each task. • Participate in Continuous Improvement Program via value‑stream teams or suggestions. • Accurately match visual information on smart‑phone device with product labels. • Count products precisely on every pick. • Remain on feet for 8‑10 hour shifts. • Operate motorized equipment safely. • Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail. • Proficient in addition and multiplication. • Communicate effectively and work as part of a team. • Use smart‑phone device continuously during shift. • Lift repeatedly 10+ lb; occasionally up to 60 lb. • Occasionally bend 90° and twist 45°. • COVID‑19 vaccination not required.
