About the Role
The Senior Consultant role in the AMCL UK & Ireland team leads high‑profile client engagements, overseeing technical delivery, client relationships and project profitability. The consultant will shape solutions to meet client needs, manage delivery teams, and advise senior leaders on business transformation and capability development. • Lead high‑profile client engagements, ensuring technical delivery, client relationship management, and profitability. • Identify and secure new business opportunities using professional knowledge and networks. • Shape project solutions to meet client needs and manage delivery teams for optimal results. • Advise senior leaders and executives on business transformation and capability development. • Develop, lead, and maintain key stakeholder relationships. • Represent AMCL as a thought leader at global conferences.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in asset or infrastructure projects. • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills. • Strong analytical abilities with a record of high‑quality output delivery. • Complex problem‑solving experience in consulting or asset‑intensive organizations. • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI. • Willingness to travel as needed to serve clients.
