About the Role
The Leasing Manager’s duties include greeting prospective residents, qualifying applicants, coordinating move‑ins with maintenance, maintaining accurate rental files, preparing and overseeing lease signing, completing monthly administrative tasks, resolving resident issues and ensuring timely rent payments, and training the leasing team. • Greet prospective residents promptly and courteously • Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and efficiently • Coordinate move‑ins with maintenance staff • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date rental files and enter data into the system • Prepare leases and oversee signing by new residents • Complete monthly administrative tasks and keep property paperwork organized • Resolve resident maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments • Train and supervise the leasing team • Promote a team‑oriented attitude with internal growth opportunities • Maintain professional etiquette at all times
