About the Role

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and possess 15+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. A strong technical background in C/C++, C#, .NET, and proven success delivering large‑scale software projects are required. Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, decision‑making, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, as is experience building new teams or R&D centers. Preferred experience includes deep technical knowledge of multi‑platform CAD applications and familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other CAD systems. Understanding graphics standards such as OpenGL, DirectX, Vulkan, WebGL, and WebGPU, as well as CAD standards like DWG, PDF, DWF, STEP, IGES, JT, and IFC, is advantageous. These skills support the development of advanced design tools for complex infrastructure challenges. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 15+ years software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership. • Proven track record delivering large‑scale software projects. • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes. • Hands‑on expertise in C/C++, C#, .NET, etc. • Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making abilities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience establishing and building new teams or R&D centers. • Ability to motivate and inspire teams. • Deep technical understanding of multi‑platform CAD application technologies. • Experience with AutoCAD / Civil 3D or other CAD systems. • Knowledge of graphics standards (OpenGL, DirectX, Vulkan, WebGL, WebGPU). • Familiarity with CAD standards (DWG, PDF, DWF, STEP, IGES, JT, IFC).
