About the Role
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting, water features, and waste management systems. • Complete service requests promptly according to company standards. • Prepare vacant apartments for rent‑ready status and perform turnkey work. • Conduct preventative maintenance on units. • Assist with interior and exterior painting projects. • Uphold a safety‑first culture by following policies and reporting hazards. • Perform hot‑work tasks (brazing, soldering, welding) within standards.

What You Bring
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. • Valid driver’s license. • Availability for monthly on‑call rotation. • Strong communication skills for resident and associate interaction. • Ability to read and follow policies, key control, turnover, and emergency procedures. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, SDS, and proper application. • Proficient use of personal protective equipment. • Basic understanding of emergency system shutoffs and operations. • Familiarity with paint types and tools.
