About the Role
• Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, and work production plans for easy retrieval and documentation. • Process invoices and billing under supervision of the project manager or project accountant. • Train new project administrators and clerks. • Perform basic inventory control under direction of project management staff. • Assist with record retention and document controls. • Conduct basic field quality and safety inspections. • Document conformance to plans and specifications. • Promote Mortenson’s safety culture. • Build effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.

What You Bring

The role involves supporting project managers and accountants, handling inventory, documentation, and basic field inspections, and may require extensive travel. Base pay ranges from $57,300 to $77,400, with higher ranges for certain locations, and the position does not offer visa sponsorship. Job postings typically remain open for a minimum of five days, averaging 44 days. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, and the company does not accept unsolicited agency contacts without a valid agreement. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous construction job site experience preferred. • Strong Microsoft Office and internet skills. • Ability to learn and use various construction management software. • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. • Ability to handle detailed information and meet deadlines. • Ability to multitask. • Active listening and openness to diverse input and feedback. • Ability to travel up to 100%.
