About the Role
In this role you will support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, overseeing daily schedules, deliveries, and crew productivity. You will install and repair aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber cable, manage pole and wire placement, establish safety perimeters, review project plans, and lead in‑house crews while maintaining thorough documentation and communication with supervisors. • Install and repair aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber cable. • Place, relocate, and remove poles, lines, and open‑wire. • Establish safety perimeters with signage, cones, and barriers. • Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance. • Direct on‑site activities and lead in‑house crews. • Complete required documentation and record crew time. • Communicate with area supervisors and managers. • Oversee daily schedules, deliveries, and crew productivity.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have at least three years of telecommunications construction experience, OSHA 10, CPR, and flagging certifications, and strong knowledge of coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and aerial/underground construction. Physical capabilities include operating bucket trucks, lifting 70 lb, climbing up to 35 ft, and working on‑call evenings and weekends, coupled with proven leadership and problem‑solving abilities. • Minimum 3 years telecom construction experience. • OSHA 10, CPR, and flagging certifications. • Proficient in coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and aerial/underground construction. • Able to operate bucket trucks, diggers, and lift 70 lb up to 35 ft. • Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and CATV practices. • Available for on‑call work, including evenings and weekends. • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
