About the Role
Key responsibilities include partnering with onsite Environmental Health and Safety to meet safety standards, meeting operational KPIs such as labor tracking, and owning the scheduling and completion of maintenance tickets. The manager oversees building cleanliness, accurate inventory tracking, daily and weekly audits, and implements preventive, predictive, and condition‑based maintenance programs. Additional duties involve maintaining client‑centric relationships with operational stakeholders, participating in budget development, and assisting with project planning and cost analysis. • Lead and train maintenance mechanics, robotics, and controls technicians while ensuring safety. • Oversee preventive, predictive, and condition‑based maintenance programs and timely work order completion. • Manage scheduling, ticket tracking, inventory accuracy, and building cleanliness audits. • Partner with EHS to meet safety standards and achieve operational KPIs. • Serve as client liaison during shifts, support multi‑site production, and handle on‑call emergencies. • Assist in budget development, project planning, and cost analysis.

The role models safety standards, trains team members, and develops solutions to complex problems while managing outside contractors and being on‑call for emergencies. It supports multi‑site production with a customer‑focused, energetic, and self‑motivated approach. Required qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, prior leadership experience, and the ability to perform maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls. Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts, be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and be able to meet the physical demands of standing, walking, lifting up to 49 lb, and working in elevated or confined spaces. Preferred qualifications include experience managing budgets and vendors, knowledge of CMMS, project management skills, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. • Require high school diploma or equivalent, prior leadership experience, and ability to maintain industrial equipment. • Must be flexible to work varied shifts and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Preferred: experience with budgets, vendors, CMMS, project management, and reading blueprints/electrical schematics.

The position is based on‑site in Niagara Falls, NY and offers an estimated annual compensation range of $116,126 to $127,739, with final packages determined by qualifications, location, and market conditions.
