About the Role
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building long‑term relationships and coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities include handling communications through email, phone, presentations, screen‑share, and in‑person meetings, ensuring services align with customer objectives, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders. • Serve as primary contact and build long‑term relationships with solar customers. • Liaise between customers and internal teams via email, phone, presentations, screen‑share, and in‑person meetings. • Act as trusted advisor for key accounts and executive sponsors. • Ensure timely delivery of services that meet customer objectives and communicate progress to stakeholders. • Forecast and track account and project metrics. • Collaborate with Electrical, Site Maintenance, and Project Analytics teams to onboard and manage client projects. • Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge through education and professional networks. • Deliver exceptional client service to secure new solar project opportunities. • Manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail, deadlines, and profitability.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and have at least five years of account management experience.
