About the Role
• Supervise and lead administrative support staff to meet overall office needs. • Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems, including departmental library and archival documents. • Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, conference calls, and prepare meeting minutes. • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, packages, and ensure timely distribution. • Field phone calls, greet visitors, and represent the company professionally to clients and managers. • Arrange department lunches, “lunch‑and‑learn” sessions, and maintain skill‑evaluation spreadsheets. • Assist with ordering, inventory and upkeep of office supplies. • Support accounting, HR, and business development tasks such as employee onboarding, reviews, terminations, and invoice approvals. • Conduct weekly office inspections and schedule necessary maintenance. • Prepare and compile reports, binders, and other documentation for distribution to clients or internal teams. • Ensure confidentiality of project‑time‑sensitive and proprietary materials. • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of experience performing the listed administrative duties.
