In the role of Construction Management Services Business Class Leader, you will coordinate, monitor, and improve technical competencies of business class staff and products, focusing on client needs and market drivers. You will lead strategic planning, budgeting, and implementation, support business class development activities, and collaborate with area operations, marketing, and other business class leads. • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and implementation for business class initiatives. • Support business class development and ensure delivery of project services that meet client expectations. • Collaborate with area operations, marketing, and other business class leads on projects and staff development. • Manage business class staff, workload distribution, and project assignments. • Participate in practice and professional discipline groups to continually improve standards and best practices. • Implement effective quality assurance and quality control reviews. • Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, performance, and quality control activities. • Develop and implement procedures for construction activities in coordination with project teams. • Perform construction management tasks including procurement, schedule development, subcontract scope review, constructability and value‑engineering reviews, estimating, and performance presentations. • Administer construction activities and monitor design progress relative to construction requirements. • Conduct value engineering and constructability reviews to optimize project outcomes. • Coordinate local bidding efforts, procure purchase orders and subcontract packages. • Expedite and review construction submittals to maintain project momentum. • Control project budget and schedule while managing quality assurance, inspection services, and health and safety compliance. • Ensure subcontractor compliance with the Health and Safety Program through communication and inspections. • Prepare and update project schedules, pay requests, progress reports, budgets, and schedule management reports. • Oversee project setup and temporary facilities to support field operations.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience. • Maintain a professional engineering registration or equivalent credential. • Proven experience managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration. • Preferred: Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification. • Preferred: Professional Engineer license in California. • Active engagement in professional or industry associations to enhance technical expertise and brand.
