About the Role

You will be part of a construction team that delivers high‑quality work using specialized splicing, activation, testing, and troubleshooting skills. Your duties include upgrading existing plant infrastructure, extending plant systems, and contributing to new building construction, always striving to do the job right. • Splice, sweep, and troubleshoot existing aerial and underground coaxial cable • Optimize new nodes and splice in node splits to reduce capacity • Utilize RF meters and time‑domain reflectometers (TDR) • Perform work on outdoor utility construction sites

What You Bring
