About the Role

The Account Manager role demands a high level of integrity and offers the opportunity to manage, nurture, and grow an existing client base. You will take an entrepreneurial approach to selling, training, and retaining customers while representing CoStar’s solutions across the market. • Develop deep understanding of client needs and become an expert in CoStar’s information and marketing solutions, including LoopNet. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demoing, closing, onboarding, training, and renewing contracts. • Conduct high‑level in‑person product demonstrations for clients and prospects. • Provide valuable market insights to surveyors, owners, investors, lenders, local authorities, and service providers. • Represent CoStar at industry events and network with property professionals across the market. • Maintain and grow client relationships over medium to long‑term sales cycles (3‑12 months). • Build relationships and help clients solve problems while navigating large organisations to identify decision‑makers and influencers.

What You Bring
