This entry‑level role leverages robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline repetitive tasks across plant operations and support functions, contributing to the company’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, propose automation concepts, and ensure seamless integration of RPA across enterprise applications while driving continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends. • Identify automation opportunities in day‑to‑day plant and support processes. • Analyze existing workflows to uncover efficiency gains. • Design scalable, robust RPA architectures following best practices. • Develop and maintain RPA workflows aligned with evolving system requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present automation proposals. • Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and manage data flows. • Continuously seek improvement areas and stay updated on RPA trends.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are recent graduates (within the past 12 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and possess strong technical skills in RPA platforms, SQL, and AI‑assisted problem solving. • Hold a recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT, or a related discipline. • Demonstrate proficiency with Power Automate or UiPath RPA tools. • Possess solid knowledge of database management and SQL querying. • Familiarity with AI tools for prompting solutions and handling exceptions. • Preferred: experience integrating AI or machine‑learning components into RPA projects.
