About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to lead turbine‑generator outage project teams, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient execution aligned with Constellation and Clean Energy Center goals. The position standardizes outage processes, enforces procedural compliance, and applies Human Performance and Technical Human Performance techniques while providing coaching and mentoring for continuous improvement. Key duties include developing detailed outage plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets; applying expert knowledge to refueling outages; serving as the main liaison with client CEC management and major vendors; and overseeing the financial and technical close‑out of projects. The role also promotes fiscal accountability, drives continuous‑improvement initiatives, communicates progress to corporate leadership, and reinforces fundamental behaviors through coaching and performance management. • Lead turbine‑generator outage project teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient execution. • Standardize outage processes across Constellation Clean Energy Centers and enforce procedural compliance. • Develop detailed outage plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets using lifecycle cost management. • Act as primary liaison with client CEC management and major vendors during refueling outages. • Manage financial and technical documentation, ensuring accurate project close‑out and fiscal accountability. • Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and coach personnel on Human Performance fundamentals. • Communicate technical, financial, and progress updates to corporate and CEC leadership.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree with eight years, an Associate’s degree with ten years, or a high school diploma/GED with twelve years of power‑generation experience, plus leadership in at least three refueling outages and required access and medical clearances. Preferred qualifications include turbine/generator experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Required: Bachelor’s (8 yr) or Associate’s (10 yr) or high‑school (12 yr) power‑generation experience; lead at least three refueling outages; meet access and medical requirements. • Preferred: turbine/generator expertise and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
