About the Role

The Account Manager role sits within the Tools & Outdoor team and will operate virtually from a designated territory in Central Illinois. Reporting to the division, you will be responsible for driving sales of DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTERCABLE products through key distribution partners. Success in this position requires achieving top‑line sales targets, establishing strong distributor relationships, and delivering comprehensive business plans that generate double‑digit growth year over year. You will also coordinate marketing objectives, manage pricing programs, and travel regularly to support partners. • Meet top-line sales targets for DEWALT, STANLEY, and other brands in Central Illinois. • Build and maintain key distributor relationships, supporting marketing, training, and promotions. • Develop annual business plans to drive double-digit growth and conduct quarterly performance reviews. • Lead coordination of mutual objectives, marketing plans, and user targets with MSA and distributors. • Travel up to 50 % locally and 10 % overnight to support partners.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 3–5 years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies.
