About the Role

The role involves acting as a Customer Relationship Manager for assigned business groups, developing staffing priorities, and designing sourcing initiatives to attract top‑tier talent. Responsibilities also include weekly relationship meetings, staffing reports, sourcing and staffing open positions, collaborating with hiring managers on recruitment plans, and managing external recruiting resources. Additional duties cover conducting reference checks, extending employment offers, creating talent sourcing approaches (e.g., direct recruiting, job fairs, internet recruiting), and referring team members to headquarters services such as benefits and employee assistance programs. • Act as Customer Relationship Manager for assigned business groups. • Develop and update staffing priorities. • Design and implement sourcing initiatives to attract top‑tier talent. • Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update staffing reports. • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment and selection plans. • Negotiate and manage external recruiting resources. • Conduct reference checks and extend employment offers. • Develop talent sourcing approaches such as direct recruiting, job fairs, and online recruiting. • Refer team members to headquarters services (benefits, issue resolution, drug‑free program). • Recommend hiring decisions to upper management.

What You Bring

Successful candidates demonstrate a strong willingness to learn the business, can recommend hiring decisions to upper management, and are proficient with PC software such as Excel, Word, and HRIS databases. They possess active listening and communication skills, openness to diverse input, and preferably have experience in renewables or manufacturing; travel up to 25% may be required. Minimum qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (or related field) and at least four years of recruiting/HR experience. The Senior role requires the same degree and a minimum of seven years of experience, with base pay ranges of $79,000‑$118,600 and $96,400‑$144,700 respectively, adjusted for location. • Demonstrate willingness to learn business roles to identify and attract talent. • Proficient with Excel, Word, and HRIS/database systems. • Exhibit active listening, effective communication, and openness to diverse feedback. • Prefer experience in renewables or manufacturing sectors. • Show intellectual curiosity and eagerness to understand processes and challenges. • Ability to travel up to 25%. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. • Possess at least four years of recruiting/HR experience (Talent Acquisition Specialist) or seven years (Senior).
