About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and recommending solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to 50% of the time walking in and around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
