About the Role
KBR warns job seekers that it never requests advance payment during recruitment and advises vigilance against fraudulent offers using the company's name or logo. • Develop documentation, checks and reports for an OHSAS/ISO‑compliant HSE Management System, including corrective and preventive actions. • Monitor HSE controllers conducting continuous audits and coordinate their audit schedules. • Investigate root causes of HSE complaints and report findings to the HSEQ manager. • Participate in accident and near‑miss investigations and audit work performed under Safe Work Permits. • Assist with Job Safety Analyses and inspect hazardous job site activities. • Support preparation and presentation of field HSE meetings. • Review accident and near‑miss data, recommend corrective actions, and ensure regular emergency drills with recorded improvements. • Help develop field emergency response procedures and evacuation plans. • Prepare weekly and monthly HSE performance reports, statistics and presentations.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in HSE Management, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 12+ years of refinery or petrochemical HSE experience. • Fluent written and spoken English with good SAP knowledge. • Fair understanding of plant process operations and maintenance execution management. • Strong expertise in root cause analysis (RCA) and people management. • Well‑organized, proactive, with excellent communication, leadership and strategic thinking abilities in a multicultural environment.
