The consultant will guide prospective residents through customized tours, recommend floorplans, and share local amenities, while being available on weekends—particularly Saturdays—to capture high‑traffic interest. Success is driven by building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and generating excitement through marketing campaigns and social media. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1‑2 years of leasing or customer‑service experience, preferably in real estate or property management. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient with property‑management software and Microsoft Office, and understand fair‑housing laws. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with excellent organization and multitasking, is essential. • Hold a high school diploma/GED and 1–2 years leasing or customer‑service experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
