About the Role
The Trades Specialist role is a virtual, field‑sales position covering the Atlanta, GA territory. You will drive top‑line sales of DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH and other brands while cultivating strategic relationships with end‑user partners and managing CORE and SBD contracts. In this position you will mentor local market teams on end‑user development, partner with Channel Marketing on campaigns, and use Salesforce.com to track opportunities and report performance. Travel up to 50% of the time is required to engage customers and support the territory. • Achieve sales targets for DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH and related brands in the Atlanta territory. • Establish and maintain key relationships with end‑user partners and manage CORE/SBD contracts. • Mentor local market teams on end‑user development and purchasing processes. • Collaborate with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives. • Maintain Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool, reporting successes and gaps.

What You Bring
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent construction experience). • 3+ years of sales or marketing experience selling construction supplies to senior executives. • Proven track record of delivering results with strong negotiation, communication and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to blend empathy with determination to achieve outstanding outcomes. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
