What You Bring
Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license, have a personal vehicle, be able to live within a 30‑minute commute, and possess HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred. One year of related experience or an equivalent education/experience mix is required. • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff about repairs and updates. • Must be available for emergency events; schedule subject to change. • Active, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. • Ability to live within a 30‑minute commute of the property. • HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred. • Minimum one year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.

Hours are Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with paid rotating on‑call duty and availability for emergencies.
