About the Role
• Create and serve craft cocktails, continuously proposing new ideas to management. • Mix and serve drinks to patrons directly or through waitstaff. • Greet guests and members promptly, using names when possible. • Keep the bar and storage areas clean and organized at all times. • Follow precise cocktail, syrup, and house‑made ingredient recipes. • Process all transactions accurately in the point‑of‑sale system and issue checks. • Provide extensive knowledge of beverages, suggest food pairings, and recommend wines from the club list. • Respond quickly to guest needs with a sense of urgency throughout all interactions. • Remain calm and focused during busy periods.

What You Bring
The seasonal Bartender role will be based at Discovery Land Company’s Hamptons locations—Dune Deck Beach Club in Westhampton Beach, NY, and The Hills in East Quogue, NY. Employment runs from April 20 2026 to October 7 2026, and H‑2B visa sponsorship is available for in‑country extensions. • Minimum 12 months front‑of‑house experience in high‑volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs. • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors and stand, walk, or move for over four hours. • Capability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift items over 50 lb. • Pass a background check at the employer’s expense. • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
