About the Role
The position provides administrative and financial services to a profit center, supporting billing, accounts receivable, and overall financial reporting functions. • Ensure client contract billing and accounts receivable requirements are met. • Audit client billing and project ledgers for contract, GAAP, and policy compliance. • Process vendor invoices and maintain up‑to‑date accounts payable for assigned projects. • Process subcontractor invoices, verify lien waivers, contracts, and insurance compliance. • Complete monthly close, posting or accruing client bills and project costs of material value. • Update project assets and rentals monthly for insurance documentation. • Conduct project financial closeout, confirming final contract amounts and required documentation. • Respond to internal and external audit requests.

What You Bring
The role is located in the San Diego division with the project site in Anaheim, CA 92801, USA. It is a regular, experienced, non‑exempt salaried position in the Finance job family and reports to the Senior Accountant, Finance Reporting HQ or the Financial Manager, Finance Reporting HQ. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or possess an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Required knowledge includes basic accounting principles, GAAP compliance, and proficiency with data entry and MS Office applications. The successful applicant will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, able to work independently or within a team, and possess strong professional written and verbal communication skills. The job requires the ability to climb stairs and ladders, use construction hoists, and navigate work areas under construction. Vision requirements include close, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus. Employees must occasionally lift and move heavy weights and perform tasks that involve standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Benefits
