Rogers Group is seeking an experienced Loader Operator for its asphalt operation in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. This full‑time position starts at $25.00 per hour, with pay based on experience and skill set, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. • High School Diploma or GED required. • General mechanical knowledge and ability to maintain safe working conditions. • Self‑starter capable of working independently. • Prior experience in a mining environment preferred. • Basic welding skills preferred (not required). • Pass pre‑employment drug screening. • Availability for overtime, including Saturdays.
