About the Role

As a Skilled Laborer/Groundman you will assist every phase of utility construction on telecom projects. Your duties include digging trenches, unloading materials, preparing sites with hand tools, transporting heavy equipment, and constructing both aerial and underground cable systems. You will also troubleshoot problems on-site and continuously learn to operate new tools and equipment. • Dig trenches, unload materials, and prepare job sites using hand tools. • Transport heavy equipment to and from job sites daily. • Build and maintain aerial and underground cable systems. • Troubleshoot field issues as they arise. • Learn and operate various telecom construction tools and equipment. • Maintain safety standards and high-quality workmanship.

What You Bring
