Candidates must hold a diploma, degree, or equivalent education with advanced knowledge gained through work experience, plus a minimum of five years of relevant field service or technical support experience (or an advanced degree with at least three years). Required skills include strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, the capacity to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and a customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail. • Diagnose and resolve moderate design or system‑related technical issues. • Hold a diploma/degree (or advanced degree) with at least 5 years (or 3 years) relevant field service experience. • Demonstrate strong diagnostic, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Work independently, prioritize multiple service tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
