About the Role
In this role you act as the connective tissue between customer needs and Schneider solutions, leading with insights, building trust and partnering deeply with accounts. • Drive purposeful customer engagements and uncover new opportunities through consistent market presence. • Represent Schneider locally and build influence across the territory. • Prioritize accounts and segments to maximize impact across a broad book of business. • Coordinate with internal teams to delegate non‑revenue‑generating tasks and stay focused on selling. • Use data, tools, and insights to guide decisions, identify low‑hanging fruit, and shape territory strategy. • Deliver efficient, insight‑led coverage across the territory. • Focus on revenue‑generating activities by delegating administrative tasks. • Build trust through consistent engagement and strategic planning.

What You Bring
Success requires prioritizing strategically, delegating effectively and scaling efforts across multiple customer types and segments, balancing depth with breadth to achieve growth through smart coverage, local influence and proactive planning. The ideal candidate has at least five years of technical experience with electrical distribution, switchgear and switchboard construction, knowledge of legacy brands such as Square D/ASCO, GE, Westinghouse, Federal Pacific and Allis Chalmers, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com. Ability to present engineering services and retrofit solutions to end‑user customers is also required. • 5+ years technical knowledge of electrical distribution, switchgear and switchboard construction. • Familiarity with Square D/ASCO, GE, Westinghouse, Federal Pacific, Allis Chalmers legacy switchgear. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com. • Ability to present engineering services and retrofit solutions to end‑user customers.

Benefits
This full-time U.S. position offers a base compensation range of $108,800 – $163,200 per year, plus commission. Pay within the range is determined by performance, knowledge, skills, experience and education.
