About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) will focus on the Pump & Power division, generating profitable rentals of large generators, air compressors, temperature control units, and desiccant dehumidifiers. The role serves a broad commercial market that includes contractors, manufacturers, venues, hospitals, schools, and other organizations that require short‑term or long‑term equipment solutions. Key duties involve developing new business, retaining existing customers, managing projects from initial contact through equipment delivery, and delivering presentations and business reviews to management. The OSR must navigate both indoor and outdoor job sites while maintaining strong relationships across a diverse client base. • Sell and rent large generators, air compressors, temperature control units, and desiccant dehumidifiers. • Target commercial customers including contractors, manufacturing plants, venues, hospitals, schools, utilities, and event coordinators. • Develop new business, retain existing accounts, and deliver presentations and business reviews. • Manage rental projects from short‑term use to long‑term installations, coordinating site visits and equipment logistics.
