About the Role

As a Project Manager – Case Management within the PGSV‑2826 team, you will support the growing Digital Service portfolio. You will manage the complete case lifecycle, defining appropriate solutions for stakeholders and customers while representing Hitachi Energy’s interests throughout. You will own the execution of diverse cases, from the initial customer inquiry through to the completion of site works. After taking ownership, you will assemble a multidisciplinary project team, create a project plan, and assign work packages. Throughout execution you will define and monitor milestones, ensure on‑time delivery, and proactively address any deviations. As the primary customer contact you will maintain open communication, manage the service contract, select suppliers for special products, and handle scope changes to increase revenue and margin while reducing risk. Regular reporting to management and sharing of improvement ideas will be required, alongside compliance with all applicable regulations and Hitachi Energy’s safety and integrity values. • Lead end‑to‑end case management from customer inquiry to site completion. • Assemble and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams according to a defined plan. • Define project milestones, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to meet deadlines. • Serve as primary customer contact, ensuring proactive communication and satisfaction. • Manage service contracts, negotiate terms, and select suppliers for special products. • Control scope changes, drive revenue growth, improve project margins, and mitigate risks. • Produce regular project status reports and share improvement insights with the team. • Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations, procedures, and safety standards.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a BTech degree and has at least five years of experience in product troubleshooting or case management, with a minimum of two years in project management. A proven track record in managing service contracts, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and strong communication, strategic planning and English language skills are required. • Hold a BTech degree with ≥5 years in product troubleshooting/case management and ≥2 years in project management. • Demonstrated experience with service contract management and CRM tools such as Salesforce. • Strong communication, strategic planning, and English proficiency.
