About the Role

Under the guidance of a Lead Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager, a Maintenance Technician C provides preventive maintenance on both diesel and non‑diesel equipment and trucks. The role requires a basic understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems to perform routine servicing and minor repairs. Technicians enjoy working on a single, modern fleet, supporting drivers on their routes while servicing some of the most advanced vehicles on the road. The position’s core duties include conducting regular vehicle inspections, performing oil changes and fluid replenishment, making tire changes, and completing basic electrical tasks such as light replacements. Technicians also carry out visual inspections to spot potential issues, use appropriate tools to diagnose malfunctions, and follow all applicable company training programs. • Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on diesel and non‑diesel vehicles and trucks. • Conduct vehicle inspections, oil changes, fluid replenishment, tire changes, and light electrical work. • Identify potential equipment issues through visual inspections and appropriate diagnostic tools. • Complete required company training programs.

What You Bring

Preferred qualifications include completion of a certified diesel maintenance program, an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification, and a valid driver’s license, though these are not mandatory.
