About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports an affordable‑housing community by performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, as well as assisting with the make‑ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Perform daily maintenance of common areas, units, grounds, and swimming pool, including inspections and hazard correction. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders; assist with unit turn‑around (make‑ready) processes. • Execute preventive‑maintenance tasks and maintain accurate service and chemical logs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA and safety policies. • Support inventory monitoring, hazard‑communication program, and on‑call emergency response. • Deliver excellent customer service, enforce community policies, and represent the property positively.
